Dad was the winner of this battle. We both searched $25 boxes of cents. They were not full Brinks Boxes, they were bought $5 an $10's at a time as we looked for halves.

Dad scored 12 wheats (oldest 1935d) 1 King George 1951, 1 dime, 1 washer, and 10 common wheats.

Tanner found 9 wheats (oldest 1939), 1 slug, 1 dime, 1 Bahamas Star fish and 8 common wheats.

Keep on Searching
Dad and Tanner
We had scored only 7 halves for the month so far.

Could the slug be a really worn down and encrusted (dug) wheat or other cent?
