Wheat wheat and more wheat

Went in to buy some halves and my teller asks me why Im buying these and it was the same response as usual I collect different kinds of dates yada yada..well she tells me a 17 yr old kid brought in 50 dollars in of old wrapped pennys.She busted one open for change and noticed all were wheat pennys.She looked at all the ones this kid brought in and every one was wheat.Well being the kind guy that Iam I offered to buy them from her till.She said she bought them and use them for her CHANGE.I hunt for silver but this broke my heart.I asked her why and her explanation was they need to get back out there into the world.I walked out a sad crh'r.My day was ruined ...50.00 in wheat ruined......

go back to that bank with unopened machine rolls and request to swap them out, it's a win-win situation. You can risk a few wheats for a LOT of wheats!!
