Where is the pinpoint spot on the Silver Umax?

I am wondering where the sweet spot is for the standard coil on the Silver? Is it a X in the hole of the coil? Or is it where the pole mounts the coil?

I just took it out for the first time and found a clad nickel and some foil lol. First find!

Find a spot, at least a couple of feet in diameter, in your yard where you don't get any signals.

Put a dime on the surface, in the middle of the spot. Do a pinpoint, with your coil 6" or more above the surface (the higher you get, still having a signal from the dime, the narrower your pinpoint area will be).

Then, when you have a good pinpoint with your detector, look down through the hole in the coil.
