Think it's Egypt. Here's one that's fairly close in style. If not, probably Turkey, I never know which is which.

If its 32 mm in diameter it's an Ottoman Empire copper 20 para coin.
The top pic shows the 'tughra'; an elaborate and highly stylized rendering of the names of the Ottoman sultan, originally used to authenticate imperial decrees.

PS: Its size will determine its denomination and the exact style of the 'signature' (in the top pic) will determine which sultan the coin can be attributed to. Images of various tughras can be found here:
