Where to file scrap or junk oilfield drill bits?

Anyone has any idea of where to find the scrap drill bits or any scrap cutters?

and found Oilfield drill bits (Jan 10, 2011).

How about PDC cutters

Anywhere I can find those recycled PDC cutters?
I cannot find them any there in this forum.
Please help.
