Which arm do you swing?

Left Handed, dig with left hand, but right arm is stronger thanks to growing up in a right handed world.

I swing almost equal time with both arms, have for years and in recent years a necessity due to spinal problems, but recommend that it should be done regardless and regardless if detector is heavy or not.

I do not ever carry anything in my free hand, thus I switch on the fly so to speak, digger is always in a back pocket or case. Only beach hunting do I drag a long handled scoop with the free hand.
