Personally, this is my opinion.

I know the bank wrapped stuff, most of the time is just going to be customer dumps. You can find spurts of silver, one offs, or crazy silver veins that just don't stop delivering.

On the other hand, the customer wrapped stuff can take the same range, the issue is, I can order much more bank wrapped coin by volume than I do customer wrapped.

Found my first silver quarter in a customer wrap. Found 10 silver dimes in a random customer wrapped.

I've also had customer wrapped coins which the person had clearly taken any cool coins out of, sometimes even had sorted them by date.

I've also had bank rolled half dollars which had been fully searched through before.

I just get all the customer wrapped I can on top of my normal bank order, because both have a chance to deliver and the more coin you look through overall the greater chance you have in finding.

Consistency and volume with perseverance will lead you to great "luck"

Customer wrapped rolls, no question. Unless you're Maverick...
