Which Service Center To Use?

Does it really matter what center you ship a detector for repair?

I thought you had to send it to the facility in your zone? Did they change that?

I just sent my V3i in for its 2 year check up to Sweet Home, I live in Okla. also..

I sent one in to the facility in my zone once, won't do it again...lol

There is no limitation placed on where you can send your detector.
I won't say the various service facilities are anything other than good at repairing detectors. I think they all do a good job.
However, White's detectors are only one of a variety of detectors they service, whereas the factory only works on one brand of detector; the one they built in the first place.
I have always dealt directly with the factory and will continue to do so.
