Can't believe how great the whites service department is. My 10 inch d2 coil that came on my V3i was bad. Called customer support and they shipped me a new one the very same day. No need to even waste my money sending the bad one back to them. Now that is how it should be. And best of all a real person answered the phone! A real American stand up company.
