Don't know....couple days later one was delivered then next day another one showed up.

And each one came with new arm cup that had broke....so now I have a spare arm cup and coil.

The best customer service ever!!!!!!! And I lost my coil bolt, washer and nut......called to purchase a new one.....but since it only cost a couple dollars they wouldn't run a credit card for that amount.......so they sent it to me for free.

I will say that if i need a repair on a Whites detector …I live on the East coast but will send it to all the way to Sweet Home for service … I find them better and if a charge is given they charge less than there other service centers .. And on some things Sweet home will not charge you and there other service centers will … AND Sweet home is faster on service also...

White's probably has some of the best customer service I have seen anywhere. Nice to know they support their product and customers at a very high level.
