KOSS customer service may be BS! But Whites Rocks!!! As some of you know I had a problem with my Koss headphones. Sent them to Koss and they sent me back Headphones I couldnt use (no volume control). I was hacked to say the least. Just talked to Steve Howard at Sweet Home Factory he is sending me a brand new pair of headphones!!! That is what keeps me a customer Whites you rock. thanks Chris.
