Whites Eagle II SL90 Info needed....

Can anyone tell me a bit about this machine? I am considering buying one in very good condition with both the 9.5" coil and a 5" coil. I have been told it is very hot on silver. Any help appreciated! What are they worth in good shape??

They are amazing detectors. I used one for 18 years and always felt like I was competitive with other hunters. They are a little heavy and a little awkward for all day hunting. They are a great "turn on and go" machine. They do have some advance programming available though. They bring good money when they come up for sale. Most are in the $225 to $300 range when I see them at all. I never bought a new Whites when I had mine, because I wasn't convinced an XLT or DFX was any better. Hope this helps. I have a DFX and the eagle ii sl (black case), I find more good stuff and deeper with the eagle than I do with the DFX.....so until my eagle dies, I will continue to use it.
