White's TDI PRO (Oz Series) vs garrets ls infinium

I am looking at getting a gold detector and would like everyone's opinion as to these 2 detectors..primarily I'm looking for a gold only detector to buy..both are pi units..garrets $1100 and the White's TDI PRO (Oz Series) is $2200. Wouldn't mind knowing what the extra grand is buying me.
