Who is this artist????

Anybody know who this artist is ? heavy frame and looks to be a watercolor or lithograph and paid $3.93

Any help would be great

Maybe F. Brandel.............I have tried and research him a little further but the ironic part is that to his name he also has the mark above the A.................and composition seems to be the same. http://www.arcadja.com/auctions/en/brandel_f_/artist/416282/ ....I cannot find out any further info on him other than this page. I would have to be a member to find out auction record.......Hope this helps..........................GTP
