Started collecting electronics, jewelry scrap finds a couple years ago and finally reduced to some buttons. Mostly 18K to 20K multigram buttons. Who would you sell to as an individual? Gotta but some new toys.

Yes I see that response on the refining forum as well.
Possibly they're overwhelmed with inventory and the smaller investors/stackers selling off inventory.
