why do i get a malicious notice when not logged in

It is probably seeing one of the advertisers or a video. I use AVG myself also and I logged off, I didn't get what your seeing..... Do you have the latest update? What version of AVG are you running..... Since you don't see it when you log in I suspect it is an advertising ad that is causing it since you don't see those when your logged in....
