Go to your ebay seller dashboard the go to
It is on the left hand side of the page under "Reports and service tools"
Click it and then click "create a report".
I just noticed I got another defect for "returns-item desciption". This was for an item that was damaged by the USPS that I recently gave (and received) a refund on. I guess if I'm gonna get a defect for doing the right thing, I may as well stop doing the right thing. Maybe I should just force ebay to take the money from me, versus me giving it up voluntarily from now on? I mean what the hell is the difference? This was there doing anyway, not the customer. He didn't open a case against me. He messaged me and we worked it out amicably among ourselves. He even gave me good feedback with no mention of the damaged item. So what it boils down to is, if the post office or whatever shipping company you use damages the item and you have to give a refund, then your gonna get an automatic defect because of their mishandling of the item. A 3rd party causes your defect, nice eBay... real nice!
Thank you Diggum, as always you are a fountain of knowledge. Here is a link the item I got a low score, 1,2 or 3, on for "item as described". Can anyone see where I am guilty of that? Thanks again for your help, Diggum.

Here is his feedback ledger, all he ever leaves is "Item received". I did get a positive feedback. Only 17 feedbacks, so I am thinking maybe a newbie who has the scale of positivity backwards?
