That is the design for the nickel, weird size and off-center

Actually that "head" design was only done in 2005, albeit there were 3 different reverse designs, in 2004 the nickel had the same old head design but the reverse didn't have Monticello on them, there were 2 reverse designs, "Peace Medal" and "Keel Boat".

From 2006 to now there's a newer "big head" design on the nickels, this is the newest design.
