This is one of the original buses from, what is now, Wichita Mass Transit Authority
I found it down by the Ninnescah river. I did manage to find a couple of pictures from around 1947

Did ya look around the inside of the bus for transit tokens or old coins?

somebody had removed everything from the inside, covered the wheel wells with sheet metal and had been using it for storage

that's not a General Mills placard, it's General Motors from Pontiac, Mi

Rig it up with some coolers, swivel seats, etc. and lease it out as a deer hunting blind.

where it's sitting at would be a good place for a deer blind, it sits above the Arkansas river with about 100 yards between
