3 quarters 1 from 1965 is it silver I did up quarters here all the time and they have a stained redish tint to them this one was silver

That's odd. It almost does look silver.... How deep was it? Can we see a picture of the edge of the coin. I know they make silver proof sets. If its silver it would mean somebody broke open a proof set and spent the coins.... seems very unlikely though.
