Wife problems...

I could not agree more!

I agree! However, I kept detecting, and she grew ever PO'd - found another :( Between work and detecting, lost her along the way - Guess who got all my finds :(

I got my laptop and little car, and I began again.....

Mine asks when we leaving, and whens lunch.

:laughing7: I use to have that Problem.

Now The only Problem I Have Is trying to Go Coin Shooting rather than Relic Hunting Because Red Is A Relic Nut!!! :laughing7:

Good Luck

Gee! How well I know the feeling. I started MDing in 1980. She started one illness after another in mid 82. After that I was afraid to leave without some way of being contacted quickly if something happened. I probably haven't spent more than 40 hours MDing since 82; my heart just wasn't in it. I'm getting ready to though. She passed away in 06. That's almost 8 years ago and I haven't and never will get over losing her after 43+ years of marriage. I'm 'single, footloose, and fancy-free' as they say but I still have problems about her being gone. I'm thinking maybe the MDing might be the one thing that can help. As soon as the weather gets a little better I'm gonna find out. I certainly hope it does for you!!!
She didn't care for me going MDing. Kinda like someone else said: She told to get out. lol She knew that I spent more time at work than I should and needed some 'away' time.

Dave, My sincere condolences on the loss of your wife. My wife is 1/2 of me and do not know how I could cope without her. I know it is selfish but I hope I am the one to go first as it would shatter my heart to lose her.

Does anyone else have trouble convincing their wife that detecting is as important if not more so than cleaning the yard or working? Or is it just me?

I feel your pain Billiot, a couple of weeks ago, my other half told be if I went fishing or detecting again on the weekends, she would be gone...I didn't find anything other than a few coins(clad), and she filed on last Friday.
Things keep looking better and better.

Bill

must be hard

Pester your wife constantly for sex. She will soon beg you to go detecting. Probably even pack you a lunch.

I got rid of my wife 10 years ago. Life has been great ever since.
