I dug 3 near Harpers Ferry before and that's what my digging buddy said they were. Works for me.... You?

Not really, it's just one of many possibilities, specially as its blank on both sides (I assunme).

Here's the flip sides. The lead seems to have crude imprint of a shield. Maybe it was used as stamp.?
I can't make out any back mark on the button.
