Anybody watch the Joke of a show??Up on the Yuba and ticketed a guy dredging.Showed trash every where,dead fish,said it was because of dredgers destroying our Enviro.Hope it wasnt Hoser!Sickening,the puke warden made a stalk like he was hunting Charlie....the criminal dredger,had "guard dogs",two mutts about the size of a cat!!

Yes, "we" people are prone to believing anything we are fed as we were brought up to "trust" others. That is another belief that is being Killed by Politicians, the Media and anyone who wants to use others so they get gain from their dishonest actions. Speaking about that, I was reading an article this morning about Obama "enacting" legislation that allows the U.S. Government "The Right" to take anything they want. I feel he is preparing for a civil war, IMHO. Then in another article I noted that the UN is at another WorldWide attempt to enact a law that would make it illegal for United States Citizens to own, keep and have firearms. This goes right along with their Agenda 21 which by the way is "Real"........63bkpkr

On a much happier note, there were plenty of people dredging last summer that the CDFG did not catch in the act and/or cite.
To me it seems like they aren't even looking or trying very hard to do so. Might be they just don't have the resources to enforce squat.

they don't but if you go to the Klamath River keepers website....they have all kinds of pic's of "illeagal evil dredging operations" apparently they have there own plane and do their own flyby's.

That Law your talking about 63 went into effect in January. It's called the National Terrorist defence act or something like that. Basically what it does is that if any government agency suspects anyone on American soil to be a terrorist....citizen or not...they can use the military against you....on american soil....take you to Quantanimo and hold you as a enemy combatant..without due process...the report I read said that it inacts military juristiction so you are basically considderd guilty untill you prove your innocence. in otherwords...it renders the bill of rights and constitution completely moot!!!! And it is now law

Kuger , I just had a chat with my dad about that episode yesterday! made me sick. I have never seen a trout harmed from a dredge and I have sucked one or two up on occasion that took refuge in my hose! and they were unharmed! Now when the DF&G put rotenone ( Rat Poison) Killing every trout , frog , salamander.... everything But that was legal?? F-them! Now I understand if the dredgers were leaving trash everywhere and all that sure but most of us are pretty clean and end up cleaning up from fisherman and stuff with their beer cans and bait containers and whatever else they dump. Geez this pisses me off.

Gravel,if you dont beleive society beleives what they hear and see on T.V.,explain to me why we have what we have in the Whitehouse and are going to have for another 4 years?
In 1998 there was a bill to ban leghold traps in this two bit state.All over the T.V. were these commercials with dogs and cats in traps that are were longer legal anyway,and even had a dog (alive),in a connibear Beaver trap(#1 A connibear trap of that size would have killed that dog instantly,#2 it was illegal to set that trap on land in the first place)It was all staged propaganda.....you know what?That law passed because people that had no clue about the way things really are seen those commercials and VOTED.
Also if you read the new proposed Regs,CDF&G will gain enough revenue from the Permit process to fund full time wardens to "Police",dredging

I hear ya buddy,but the difference is WE know, but we are the minority.I have pictures of trout that I took pics of as fingerlings in my dredge holes at the start of the season and by the end of the year were 6-7" long and FAT!I have never ever seen a fish dead from a dredge and I challenge anybody to prove to me that one has ever been killed by a dredge
