Blue eyes I first heard on a rainy night in my 66 Ford Falcon around 1977..
F.M. converter I'd mounted under the dash. Later I added an 8-track from Radio Shack and had a Willie Nelson tape with a burn hole through the top. It played just fine though.


Pancho and lefty was later. About the time I was driving a newer old horse/car. But like a good S.W. song should by tradition; told a story.

a rock fan ever since I was a very young kid, I never cared too much for country music at all but I make exception with a very few artists. I always thought Willie's album "Red Headed Stranger" was a great album and I like how the songs collectively tell a story.
