Found this one this morning. The only solid ID hit all day. I looked it up. I see this configuration was used from 1925 until 1972. But also that “Made in USA” was added beneath Ranger in 1937. Does this mean all without Made in USA on them were pre-1937, or was it done both ways for many more years? Thanks

I'm curious on that as well. I'm hoping somebody chimes in. I seen somewhere on 1 of these forums a head stamp book explaining & showing date ranges. Plus I would like to make a display with the many I have found.

I’ve visited so many web sites. They never quite agree. I’m not sure who is right.

Yeah this write up/info I seen was neat, cause it showed the minor changes in the head stamps as they evolved. It was good info, but I cant remember where I saw it.
