🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Window weights/grandfather clock related?

Went back to large area in park during lunch. Forgot my detector so I went walking just to see what’s really there. Came upon a bottle pile and these were in it. Thoughts?

They look more like battery cores than window weights, IMO.

Unfortunately, no. Though from their size I'd guess maybe an early car battery? Really no idea, though. But I'm pretty sure they're not window weights (at least none of the ones I've ever seen have been made like that).

I think if it was grandfather clock related they would be decorative.
