I posted this on "today's finds" and no one could I'd this piece. It was bug at a 18th cent farm house.
No letters that I can make out.

You wing find appears to be a ladies Egyptian Revival brooch circa Art Deco/Art Nouveau era. The birds are Falcons. Here's one with a Scarab in the center of 2 Falcons:
