I found a flock of Robins in my lawn. Idiots did not know it was 10 degrees outside. They were having a blast. Ground is hard as a rock. Hope they have an idea what they're doing. No worm to be had right now, but by Thursday it will be in the 50's. Stupid Maryland weather.

We have robins that show up in January or February. They come and eat all the berries off our winterberry bushes. Guess they do that when the ground is too frozen in the woods to dig for worms.

Saw one hear in Illinois last week. I think his GPS was broke !

They were back this pm. The ground in the sunlit area isn't really frozen well. Also saw two bald eagles today.

Last time out hunting,, we saw a variety of birds.
Owls, being chased by Blue Jays and there were a few Robins following me around. They do check the areas that were dug, looking for worms. They will winter over if there is enough food.
