WLH's for $8 each?

Is that a good deal for current silver prices? I have someone willing to sell me some.

Let me know, thanks.

That's about 20% below melt, as I type ($10.30). I would jump on that deal.

Re: WLH's for $8 each?

do you expect silver to go down to $22.12/oz anytime soon?

If you do, don't buy them. But if you think silver will go up or stay steady, buy them. It is afterall your choice!

It also depends on how many the person is selling you. The more the person sells to you, the greater the risk of a loss, though a greater risk of gain as well.

I look at it a different way. The coins are below melt, which to some people make a difference. To me, Walkers, represent a piece of history that has made America what it is today. I would get every last one of them and hope for some key dates and XF or BU's mixed in.

This is the book that I am trying to complete right now, then it is on to the Franklin half dollars, which is a very easy set to put together although I am very picky about the coins that go into the Dansco album.

I am also currently working on my 7070 which is about half to 3/4's done. Once that is done, I am going to take a break and only collect Gold
coins for awhile, need to build up a stash for my retirement within the next 15 years....... :laughing7:

Good luck! I just started my coin collection/CRH at the beginning of the month. I almost have my silver dimes full but that about it other than the clad books.

Agreed, walkers are one of Americas favorite coin designs of all time, hard to turn that down for less than spot. Even if spot is steadily dropping, it will be back.

I would go for it! And see of they have any other coins they wish to get rid of. You can always check out www.coinflation.com before buying anything to see if you are getting a good deal according to current spot prices.
