The place was used as a comnune at one time also. I have gone by there and there would be several cars out front of the main building on circular drive. I asked around and was told that some womens club in Sherman had access to the property and they gave tours not sure how much truth there is to that. Some great places to hunt in that part of the country. I sure miss North Texas.
