My friend has had this since she was newborn (about 50 years ago) There were complications with her Moms pregnancy and a sweet woman who was also in hospital gave it to my friends Mom. It is very tiny, yet heavy, some people have said St Peter but we cannot find one that looks like this....Any ideas?

it's a 'pocket saint'. I believe it is St. Anthony

I should have added that the more common or proper term would be 'pocket shrine'
