wOW - a first for me 1876 Half Dol.

Some neighbors down the street from are renovating their 1770's stone farmhouse and I secured permission to look over the sight. Some wonderful finds, some large cents and this 1876 Seated Half Dollar, which was very exciting. I also found a copper or brass winder, and an incredibly battered, clipped, and thin King George penny. Most curious was the aluminum tank emblem. It doesn't seem particularly old to me, but am curious if anyone recognizes it. Not pictured is an 1801 Draped Bust they opted to keep on the first day out there.

outstanding finds. love the half for sure. found a couple of similar tank pins doing a google image search, and those were listed as WW2 sweetheart pins
