WOW!! Light Infantry Leather Hat with Hatbadge Still Attached!!!

What a dive! I found a piece of heavy leather while diving...When I flipped it over I saw the large bugle!!! Oh what a feeling. Also found some cool Naval buttons, a ring and coins and a very early military issue Bone handle knife.

Good luck on the followup hunt. I'd like to see the whole set of brass for the hat. Couldn't imagine you'd get much better than that.

BTW, do you have pics of the coins you found? That one with the hat looks cool but I can't ID it. Thanks and best of luck in the next dive.
