Wreck? Reef? Or rocks?

What do you make of this. To me it looks like a wreck. But possibly a modern one

Hi, Marty. I agree with you that, if it is a wreck, it is modern. Wave action certainly would have broken up an old wreck before now. Maybe WWII at the oldest? Let us know what you find.
