I take it just like this gold coin I found on the SS Pulaski off North Carolina, it was recovered on wages and not all for you?

Yes 1740 coconut, we found so many coins, the coconuts became the real prize, took five year to find this wreck, Ken Welling one of the most dedicated shipwreck explorers I?ve met, genius with a mag and research, Bahamas lucky man.

Great example. in amazing condition, you certainly have fascinating approach to find treasure. On land or on a wreck once you hit the spot it usually pays great dividends, 960 coins in thirty minutes, 28000, in total, addictive!

What do you boys know about the devils back bone, wrecking in harbor island, and wrecks of eluthera ?? ?? Its not the bahama bank but BANG !! Lots of ships have slammed up on these jagged reefs !! I have a land side permission in harbor island that was a wreckers headquarters....its rich in relics and a testament to the fortunes made at sea by the residents of harbor island !!

One more about the "Henrietta Marie Slave ship"

We can surmise with certainty that there are the wrecks of several slave ships in Bahamian waters.
Could we find at least one of them?
How would we go about finding them?

Some brainstorming needed. After all, this is the forum of experts.

You guys like cannons so here's some more....there were many here spread out in an arc....they were dismounted in many hurricanes and are buried at this site. Many different guns from different ages....thought to be set up by pirates according to local islanders that have seen them. Ill post more pics later. At least 2 more are completely buried here....I think I found 8 in total. Archeologist from the states took a look and cleaned them off a few years ago....there conclusion.....old pirate fortification.....I think loyalist islanders defending against pirates with whatever guns they had ??
