Little Suzi rolls to a stop at an intersection right beside a cop on a horse . The bike is obviously
brand new .
"Nice bike , little girl ,"says the officer ,"Santa bring you that ?"
"He sure did ,"she says .
Filling out a ticket and handing it to Suzi the cop says ,"You need to write Santa and tell him reflectors are required on bikes around here ."
"Santa bring you that horse ?"asked Suzi as she took the ticket .
Playing along the cop said ,"He sure did ."
"You need to write him , too ."
"Why's that ?"
