Hi All,

I recently purchased a new Deus II with the WSA ii xl headphones. I opened the box today and went to work getting everything set up. After pairing the headphones to the control box, I found that I was only getting sound out of one side of the headphones...I'm assuming that's not normal. Has anyone else run into this problem? I tried un-pairing and then re-pairing the headphones, but the problem remains. What am I doing wrong? Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Mine are equal in both sides.
Must be a glitch.
Need to send back for replacement.
Certainly a PITA

Thanks Obsessive. That's good to know. I'm working on getting mine replaced. Hope they can turn it around quickly!
My controller battery wasn't good, or something else was wrong when I bought the Deus ll.
I paid for a new one and it was shipped out promptly. They had my card # so they didn't charge me even. They provided the return box also.
So it expedited the replacement, and with free shipping back to them.
Phone them up, and try this out.
They are protected from if you don't sent the headphones back.
It saved me 10 days at least.

Thanks pepperj. The folks at the XP service center have been very helpful. I'll be sending the headphones back tomorrow. Hoping for a quick turn a round.

Hello y'all.
I got a full d2 about a month ago. It worked great till the day before yesterday when the ws6 shut off while detecting. Assuming they were low on power I plugged it in and did not get a charge indication. Tried to power up after an hour and nothing. Left on over night still blank. Do y'all know if there's a wake up combo? If not, what is xp service contact info? I found a number on rma forum from Bart. Thanks Bart...
Thanks
Ray

Hi Yar,
I was speaking with Moe at the XP Deus service center. He was quite helpful. The number I used was: 774-519-0816.
Hope that helps!

Scott

Did you have to send the controller in with the headphones ?

Thank you for your reply :)
