WW1 WW2 pins ?

I found these buried In a plastic bag the condition is perfect well they were in a bag. When I saw the bag I was like hidden coins ? I wasn't expecting pins

I don't know if it was buried on purpose or not the bag was about 4 inches deep

Also the bag was starting to open a few years from now those pins would start to corrode
