I have had this European badge for about 10 years and periodically try to ID it. Made of copper and stamped with a flying clog and initials JWB, possibly read as JBW of it’s the traditional monogram style. Back is stamped “90”.
The only reference I found to a “flying clog”was a German wwii plane given that nickname due to its odd shape.
