anyone know when the program 4 is coming out for the dues

This was posted June 1st by Alain Loubet on the XP company forum:

"Q: Can we know the release date of the new version Deus: 3.4, 3.5 or V4? A: At the earliest late summer 2016 may be a little later."

Loubet has a history of overshooting his "at the earliest" predictions by about six months. Probably spring of 2017.
