Yellow Amber Unknown Bottle - Please help to ID

Received this from an estate, nice yellow amber tone - stands about 10 1/2 inches - bottom is marked with HW 27 (looks handwritten)

Any help would be appreciated

maybe Hiram Walker ? it started in 1858 in canada -- the 27 might be for 1927 -wiskey was their mainstay but they made cognac and other booze as well.-- a 1927 bottle would be a "bootleg" from canada bottle as prohibition was in effect

You beat me to it epackage. I was just about to type, it looks like a liqueuer bottle to me as well.

If you show pictures of the bottom of any bottle it tells a lot about the age
