Hey gang, these rocks were found along a known area of worked rocks and stones. I?m located along the Lower Columbia River and these were found in a tributary at low water level. The water level is still not at it?s lowest so these were plucked while still underwater and mostly buried in the mud. Stone #1 appears to be a grinding stone. Stone #2 looks to have been a sinker. Stone #3 had scarring/marks on rear. Stone #4 had markings, chipped off tip and nutting type of cut on top. Usually, I pick up anything that looks human touched. Those that fail to be Native used get thrown into the ever expanding rock garden.

Not worked by Natives, but worked by mother nature.

Just plain ole river rocks. Keep on looking and never give up...
