Yes they are, have yet to find a solid one only plated ones..

Rings are the best, its always exciting to find them. It looks nice on your finger, I like the design, looks cool. Some of the silver rings I found were all bent up too, the one was so bent it broke, shame cleans up nice, someone probably would of enjoyed wearing it.
