you get a low ball offer, then countert, then get that same low ball bid... You must get blocked! Just smells like a dificult buyer.
 
I had one today it was a UPS pullover jacket. I have free shipping on it and somebody offered me $.99!! I countered offered them two dollars under my listing price because it was annoying. But never heard back, oh well! .99 lol!
 
I have by bid block page BOOKMARKED!
It is so hard to find. used it twice this week.
