Another reason to visit the UK for our tenth anniversary. I wonder if the wife will mind me bringing my MD along? Or, better yet... she can go to Senegal with her sister and I go to the UK!

That find is beyond fantastic. What an outstanding discovery.

I bet the farmer is extremely happy and glad he gave you permission to hunt.

Can not wait to see what is discovered further down in the dig.

Yes! There are 95 photos uploaded there in an album called 'Coin Hoard of Barbarous Radiates 2nd/3rd century AD' - This is just of the first lot found though - The coin count now exceeds 2000, I'll update this post soon. That bone on my profile wall is also from the Hoard site - Best wishes.
