Got out to a Cellar my friend told me about.:icon_thumright:

This kind of Cellar is rare because there are 2 separate holes with a 4ft wide stone wall through the center that was the foundation
for the chimney..Also there are no stairs at all so there must have been a stairway in the house floor...I didnt get a good shot with my camera unfortunately
dunno.gif

Well it certainly was cherry picked but i managed to squeak out a few finds the 3 hours i was there
2thumbsup.gif

1846 Large cent

Some Horse tack

Colonial dome button and a few other flatties.

The first thing that came to mind when i dug the iron spike was a Vampire Heart slaying Spike
rofl.gif
Yeah my imagination can run wild out there
amuse.gif

Good luck out there

That site is very cool and the soil was very kind to the 1846LC.
What`s in pic. # 6 looks made of ceramic...and i all ways like it when the digger puts a picture of their machine in too.
Don`t know about the Vampire Spike, but it is a cool relic to keep around HH .

JB it's always great to find a LC in that condition and where there is one there seem to be more in my
personal experiences.

I hate to be the one to tell you this, Johnny Blaze, but removing that spike from that "double" cellar might have released the creature that was put down in that "hole without a stairwell". Hmmmmm....sounds like a job for the Ghost Rider, son! I wouldn't walk around that particular spot after dark, my friend! Unless you're carrying some Hellfire in a chain!!! YE-HAAAWWWW!!!!

Blaze you've been killing it lately! Glad you're able to get out. That LC is in great condition. Hoping by next weekend I can get to a few of my sites. First vampire killing implement I've seen dug :-)
