hey friends thank you for your support during and after my accident... I'm finally starting to get around some, I still cannot metal detect but im hopeful to be ready by the fall... although I may try it in the next few days!! lol..
but i have been getting signs we got 3 silver dimes in change this week so thats kinda cool they are 60,62 d, 63 d roosies!!
I started playing guitar again and Im gonna play with a band today sometime,my arms and hands are numb most of the time and my hands 24/7 have the pins and needles feel but its better than what the alternative would have been...plus i have gained about 40lbs just laying around so now im really a porky boy!! good luck and HH to you all....jd

Hi JD!! Great to see your post and to hear you are progressing.

I am in a similar situation as you also, although not as bad,
I got rear ended Tuesday on the way home from work,
no broken bones thankfully but spent a day in hospital
and will not be able to detect for a while until my back and neck
get better. I have inflamation, numbness in my neck and right arm.

Oh well, could have been a lot worse.

Keep healing and good luck to you. Have fun playing in the band!

Hey JD, great to hear from you again I have also been down for a bit, and guess what? I am starting to look like a pot bellied pig We should start a online diet club here

JD,glad to hear you are starting to be able to get around again. At least you have tons of past finds to look at, clean and display! I am sure you will be hitting the woods again soon! The weight gain happens to everybody when they can't get out ,once you get swinging the coil again ,it will come off. Good luck and glad to hear you are doing better!!
