little help

me and the misses were out yesterday got a good hit down about 6 in. it came up silver and ran some hot water over it i can see on the fron lady looking left and what seems to be victoria on the left side the back has a circle with a 1 in it any help? and found a 1863 indian head i will try post pics.

have you resized the pic before trying to post it?

Sounds British, but might be Canadian. If it has 'ONE' in a circle, it could be a Shilling. If it has '1' in a circle it could only be Maundy 1 Pence (however this is tiny at only 7mm).

Another guess could be a token/medallion.

We need pictures, so make them no more than 256k & post!
