I went to a new big old spot that I thought would be great. Turns out it was very quiet. Must have had very little activity. Not even much junk targets but I did manage this little flat button. It says "best orange" and "London" on the back.

Nice flat button! Still with gold glit!
I would go back to that spot. Especially if the button was not deep. You could fast swing the area. Covering lots of ground quickly. There maybe few targets, but you never know. I have hit a quiet spot like this too. Only hitting targets roughly every hour. Started with finding an Indian head. Progressed to half pennies and my first 1700's George III copper.
You never know..

I like buttons. Good hunt when I can find one.
