That is a vertebral column. Where the h did u find it? And that is definitely prepped.

I found it near Ladonia, Tx. on the North Sulphur River. What do you mean by prepped? I haven't even rinsed it off. It is as I found it. Totally clean. Is it a trilobite spine segment or fish, or or or or?????

Hi, Mitch. I just noticed this post. Ken here. We met at the river. It looks like you did very well despite all that water. That's a beauty.

I have replied on this find on a different forum.
Definitely a nice vertebral centrum column.
Articulated with rib materials.
Did you ever get with the other guy who found the "Skull"?

Yep, that's where I was at. Fossil Patk. N. Sulfur River at Hwy 34.
I was pretty sure that's what you meant by prepped but it hasn't been unless someone prepped it and brought it back. Hope everything I find is pre-prepped.
I metal detected for many years so if the skull has crowned teeth maybe I'll find it.

Hello Ken. I did get luck, huh. Or did you plant that for me?

No, if I had found it I certainly wouldn't bring it back, LOL. That's awesome. I have only found individual vertebrae, and those are few and far between, but they often are as clean as yours. I guess it depends how long they've been exposed to the running water...... Can't tell the size from your picture. What does it measure?
